On September 22, 2016, Brett G. Evatt, age 21, of Taylor, Missouri was arrested by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office after an investigation by the LCSO and the NEMO Drug Task Force.  Mr. Evatt was arrested on one charge of distribution of a controlled substance, Tramadol and Hydrocodone, a class B felony.  His arrest stems from an indictment by a Lewis County Grand Jury.

Mr. Evatt is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 cash only bond.
