On August 9, 2016, Bryan E. Wurtzberger, age 48 of La Belle, Missouri was arrested by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol on a charge of Forgery, a class C felony, stemming from a Lewis County Grand Jury indictment.

Mr. Wurtzberger was released on a $25,000 cash only bond.
