On March 23rd, 2022 Assistant Prosecutor Fellinger filed charges and sought a felony warrant for Mr. Bunfill.  The Honorable Judge Tom Redington issued an arrest warrant that included one count of possession of controlled substance, (methamphetamine), one count of possession of controlled substance, (alprazolam), both class D felonies, and fourteen counts of unlawful use of a weapon, (for possessing a firearm and controlled substances), all class E felonies.
