On April 21, 2021, David C. Arch II, age 31, of Canton, Missouri was arrested by a Lewis County Sheriff's Office deputy at 404 Clark Street, Canton, Missouri. Mr. Arch was wanted on numerous charges out of Lewis County for violating conditions of his bond. Previously, he was charged with two counts of burglary - 2nd degree, a class D felony, one charge of possession of burglary tools and one count of resisting a felony arrest, both a class E felony. This dates back to May, 2020.
He is also on supervised probation from a May, 2015 forgery case. He is alleged to have violated numerous conditions of his probation as well.
Mr. Arch is additionally charged with one count of burglary - 1st degree, a class B felony and one charge assault - 3rd degree, a class E felony. These charges stem from an incident that occurred in the Lewis County Jail in March, 2021. He is alleged to have assaulted another inmate without provocation.
Mr. Arch remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $45,000 cash only bond.
