State v. Shawn P. Shannon On March 8, 2021 a preliminary hearing was conducted before the Honorable Fred Westhoff.  Assistant Prosecutor Chelsea Fellinger presented evidence and Chief Deputy Jerrod Eisenberg, Sergeant Devon Willis and Sheriff David Parrish testified to evidence found during the course of the investigation. 

Mr. Shannon is currently charged with one count of receiving stolen property,  a class D felony. After hearing the evidence, the court found that probable cause existed and Mr. Shannon was bound over to the Circuit Court and his next court date is March 11, 2021.

Mr. Shannon remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 cash only bond.
