On December 28, 2020 members of the Sheriff's Office arrested Brian Warning, age 33, of rural Maywood, Missouri on one count of child molestation in the second degree, a class B felony.  Mr. Warning is alleged to have had sexual contact with a child less than 17 years of age.

Warning was released after posting $25,000.00 cash only bond.
