On September 3, 2020, Jesse L Livengood, age 26, of Quincy, Illinois was arrested on one count of unlawful use of a weapon, a class E felony and two counts of assault - 4th degree, which are both class A misdemeanors. 

On May 12, 2020, deputies responded to the rural La Grange, Missouri area for a report of a disturbance in progress involving a firearm. Upon investigation, it was determined that Mr. Livengood, who had fled the scene, brandished a firearm and threatened multiple individuals. 

Mr. Livengood was released on his own recognizance pending an appearance in the Lewis County Circuit Court.
