On August 3, 2020, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Gary L Gengenbacher, age , of La Grange, Missouri on one count of violation of order of protection for adult, a class A misdemeanor.

On July 17, 2020, deputies responded to a disturbance at the Lewis County Courthouse.  When deputies arrived, they determined Mr. Gengenbacher had violated his order of protection by making contact with a protected person. 

Mr. Gengenbacher was transferred to another facility pending issuance of a warrant for his arrest.

Mr. Gengenbacher remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only warrant.
