Order of Protection Violation Arrest

On May 11, 2020, members of the Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Jeffrey A. Bruhl, age 39, of Ewing, Missouri on one count of violation of order of protection for adult, a class A misdemeanor.  Mr. Bruhl was later arrested on another count of violation of order of protection for adult, a class A misdemeanor.  Bruhl is alleged to have repeated contacts with the female petitioner including going to the petitioner's residence.  He has several prior arrests and faces several prior charges in Lewis County including failure to pay child support, a class E felony; harassment in the 1st degree, a class E felony; violation of order of protection, a class A misdemeanor and receiving stolen property, a class A misdemeanor.

Mr. Bruhl remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of  $5,000 and $10,000 cash only bonds.
