On April 26, 2020, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Alicia K. Ahern, age 38, of Durham, Missouri on one count of domestic assault - 3rd degree, a class E felony. Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance near Durham and, upon investigation, determined Ms. Ahern had intentionally struck the victim's vehicle with her own vehicle.  The victim was still inside the vehicle.

Miss Ahern posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
