Criminal Court Law Day Information

Lewis County Criminal Law Day Information:

The following individuals appeared before the Honorable Fred L. Westhoff for sentencing on February 18, 2020:

Todd C. Cale, age 34, of Canton, Missouri pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without a valid license - 1st offense, a class D misdemeanor.  He was sentenced to one month unsupervised probation and ordered to obey limited driving privilege conditions.  Mr. Cale had also been charged with one count operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility, failure to register motor vehicle and another count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license which were all dismissed.

 

Sheldon K. Caskey, age 21, of McCorey, Arkansas pled guilty to  one count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license - 1st offense, a class D misdemeanor.  He was sentenced to three months unsupervised probation.

 

Zachary M. Fuhrman, age 32, of Quincy, Illinois pled guilty to one count of possession of marijuana, a class D misdemeanor. He received six months unsupervised probation.  Another charge of operating a motor vehicle with a valid license - 1st offense, a class D misdemeanor,  was continued to March 23, 2020 allowing the defendant  the opportunity to show proof of reinstatement.   An additional charge of unlawful possession of  drug paraphernalia, a class D misdemeanor,  was dismissed.

 

Dalton E. Perkins, age 18, of Palmyra, Missouri pled guilty to one count of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D misdemeanor.  Mr. Perkins was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation.  An additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D misdemeanor, was dismissed.

 

Sara A. Ray, age 26, of Ewing, Missouri pled guilty to one count of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, a class A misdemeanor. This charge is in relation to an investigation at Dollar General in Ewing, Missouri where Miss Ray found a dropped  credit card and used it for her own purchase.  Miss Ray was sentenced to ten days in jail, with that sentence being suspended.  She was given one year of unsupervised probation.

 

Jon M Stolarz, age 38, of Canton, Missouri was charged with one count of non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support, a class E felony.  This charge was amended to  a class A misdemeanor of non-support.  He was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation with special condition to pay current support plus $1 to arrears monthly. 

 

Peyton B. Timbrook, age 17, of Palmyra, Missouri pled guilty to one count of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D misdemeanor.  He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation.  An additional charge for possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D misdemeanor, was dismissed.

 

Ricky D. Walton, age 38, of La Grange, Missouri pled guilty to one count of non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support, a class E felony.  This charge was amended to a class A misdemeanor of non-support.  Mr. Walton was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay current child support of plus $1 per month on arrears, wage assignment, obey all laws and maintain full-time employment.

 

Karryanna Y. Wieprecht, age 26, of La Belle, Missouri pled guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle with a valid license, a class D misdemeanor.  She was sentenced to three months probation.  An additional  charge of failure to stop at a stop sign, a class C misdemeanor, was dismissed.

 

Bridgett L Wolter, age 30, of Knox City, Missouri pled guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle without  financial responsibility, a class D misdemeanor.  She was sentenced to three months unsupervised probation.
