On February 2, 2019, members of the Lewis County Sheriff's Office located two subjects trespassing at the old Prairie View rest home on Lewis County property near Lewistown, Missouri.  Both James Murry, age 34, of Canton, Missouri and Larissa Roberts, age 26, of Barry, Illinois received summonses to appear for trespassing in the 1st degree.  They were released at the scene.

The public is reminded that this old nursing home, located west of the Lewis County Fairgrounds, is off limits to the public.  The property has been boarded and is dangerous to enter.  Anyone located in or on the property will be subject to arrest.
