On May 30, 2017, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Travis Boss, age 25, of Ewing, Missouri on one count of possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, a class C felony.  This arrest was stemming from the report of a possible clandestine methamphetamine lab on property adjacent to Mr. Boss' residence.  A subsequent check of Mr. Boss' sex offender compliance resulted in the location of methamphetamine packaged for sales and paraphernalia used in the consumption of methamphetamine.

Mr. Boss remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 cash only bond.
