FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Lewis County Prosecutor’s Office announces that the following persons were committed to the Missouri Department of Corrections in the months of March and April:
- Paul J. Baker of Fort Madison, Iowa was sentenced to a term of three years in the Department of Corrections for burglary in the second degree. This case was investigated by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
- Alan M. Fitschen of Canton, Missouri had previously been sentenced to a term of four (4) years in the Department of Corrections for domestic assault in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon. He failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and his probation was revoked. This case was investigated by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
- Aaron T. Henderson of Davenport, Iowa had previously been sentenced to a term of four (4) years in the Department of Corrections for endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. He failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and his probation was revoked. This case was investigated by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
