On December 4, 2023, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Monticello, Missouri.  Upon investigation, a vehicle was observed traveling toward the area of the suspicious activity call and then turned into the driveway.  The deputy made an investigative stop and could smell a strong alcohol odor emitting from the driver's window.  The deputy made contact with Landon C. Doyle, age 27, of Monticello, Missouri who was arrested for DWI and placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

On December 5, 2023, Prosecutor Chelsea Fellinger filed formal charges and the Honorable Corey Moon issued a warrant charging Doyle with one count of DWI-Prior, an A Misdemeanor.

Mr. Doyle was already on misdemeanor probation for driving while intoxicated in Lewis County.  The court revoked his probation and issued a second warrant for failing to abide by conditions of probation.

Mr. Doyle remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail on no bond.
