On December 10, 2015 members of the Sheriff's Office were called to a disturbance in LaBelle, Missouri. Upon arrival law enforcement discovered Shane Roeder, age 37, of LaBelle, Missouri had cut the tires of two separate vehicles. Roeder appeared under the influence of unknown controlled substances.
Roeder was taken into custody and on December 11, 2015 he was formally charged for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, a Class C Felony.
Roeder, a paroled felon on early release, remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash only bond.
