On February 11, 2016, Jennifer L. Lillard, age 36, of Canton, Missouri was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class C felony, after Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call of a suicidal subject.
Ms. Lillard is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
