On August 9, 2016, Darren C Marshall, age 41, of Canton, Missouri was arrested by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Assault-2nd degree, a class C felony, and Careless & Imprudent driving, a class A misdemeanor.
