On September 23, 2016, Andres Garcia Jr., age 36, of La Belle, Missouri, was arrested on three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, a class C felony. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Mr. Garcia was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
