Incident Details:

            Arrested Individual:  Dylan L. Burnett

            Arrest Date: November 25, 2024

            Arrest Location: Lewis County Courthouse, Monticello,          Missouri

            Arrest Agency: Lewis County Sheriff's Office

            Charge: Unlawful use of a weapon, (exhibiting), a class E felony

Incident Background:

            Date of Incident: November 14, 2024

            Location: Ewing, Lewis County, Missouri

            Time:

            Details:  On November 14, 2024, a victim reported Dylan Burnett, had come to the residence in Ewing, Missouri and made threats to kill the victim with a firearm.  Further, this was the third time Mr. Burnett had allegedly made threats to kill the victim.

Mr. Burnett, age 21, of Curryville, Missouri was arrested on one count of Harassment in the First Degree, a class E felony, and remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash only bond.
