Narcotics Warrant Arrest

On May 1, 2023, a Lewis County Deputy arrested Richard C. Hennig, age 53, of La Grange, Missouri  on an outstanding Lewis County warrant.  The formal charge was Possession of a Controlled Substance - methamphetamine, a class D felony.

Previously, on February 10, 2023, members of the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, La Grange Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a search warrant at the residence of Mr. Hennig in La Grange, Missouri.  At that time, law enforcement located several items related to illegal controlled substances.  The search warrant application was sought by Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney Chelsea Fellinger and granted by the Honorable Corey R. Moon.

Mr. Hennig was released  from the Lewis County Jail after posting a $5000 bond.
