Fraud Arrest

On February 12, 2020, a Lewis County deputy arrested Amber Lucas, age 26, of Canton, Missouri on an outstanding Lewis County warrant for three counts of fraudulent use a credit/debit device, a class A misdemeanor. This arrest is the result of a months-long investigation involving unauthorized purchases made on a Lewis County resident's credit card.
Miss Lucas posted 10% of the $2500 cash only bond and was released.
Miss Lucas is currently on probation for possession of methamphetamine from Adams County, Illinois stemming from a December, 2019 plea.
