Incident Background:

            Date of Incident:  November 1, 2025

            Location: La Grange, Missouri

            Time: NA

            Details: The Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Herbert E Cunningham on an outstanding Lewis County warrant for one county of Forgery, a class D Felony.  This warrant stems from an incident that occurred in Lewis County in November of 2024.  Mr. Cunningham is alleged to have cashed a forged check at Town & County Bank.

Mr. Cunningham remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash only bond.
