On February 5, 2016, Gary D Pflum, age 53, of Kirksville, Missouri was arrested on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony. Mr. Pflum was arrested after a Lewis County Sheriff's Office Deputy observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the Missouri Department of Conversation Lake located south of LaBelle, Missouri. Upon further investigation the deputy located a methamphetamine pipe in the vehicle Mr. Pflum was operating.
On February 6, 2016 a warrant was issued through the Lewis County Associate Court after an information was filed by Assistant Prosecutor Cory Moon.
Mr. Pflum is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.
