Drug Arrest

On December 07, 2019, a Lewis County Sheriff's Office deputy made a traffic stop on State Highway 6 near Tolona, Missouri.  While investigating the traffic matter, the deputy detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  Upon further investigation, the deputy discovered a brief case containing drug paraphernalia, approximately 190 grams of marijuana and also methamphetamine.  The driver, identified as Dylan A Gillett, age 20, of St. Peters, Missouri was arrested for delivery of  controlled substances.

Mr. Gillett was subsequently charged by Lewis County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Chelsea Hoffman, with two class C felonies of delivery of a controlled substance.  Subject was released after posting a $25000 cash bond.

All subjects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.
