            Details: Lewis County Deputies were dispatched to an address in rural La Grange, Missouri after receiving a report of a possible domestic disturbance in progress.  Upon arrival, significant evidence was found to support the accusation of domestic assault.

Mr. Rupley Jr was placed under arrest and housed at the Lewis County Jail on a 24 hour hold for domestic assault. 

Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney Chelsea Fellinger formally charged Rupley Jr. with one count of Domestic Assault - 3rd Degree, a class E Felony.

On January 17th, a warrant for his arrest was issued by Lewis County Associate Court Judge Corey Moon, who set Rupley's bond at $20,000.00 cash only. Rupley remains in custody at the Lewis County Jail.
