On October 29, 2018, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office arrested Kelly A. Siltman, age 37, of Fowler, Illinois on one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a class D felony. The sheriff's office was assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Siltman remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
