On May 2, 2020, a Lewis County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in which the driver was identified as James O. Allen, age 35, of Canton, Missouri, who does not have a valid driver's license. Allen was arrested on one count of driving without a valid license, a class E felony.
Mr. Allen was released after posting 10% of a $2500 bond.
Mr. Allen is currently under the supervision of the Missouri Division of Probation and Parole.
