Additional Charges for Second Suspect in Video

Additional charges for video suspect:

Assistant Prosecutor, Chelsea Hoffman, has issued additional charges against Joshua E. Kramer which include one count of stealing and one count of burglary - 2nd degree, both are a class D felony, along with six counts of tampering with a motor vehicle-2nd degree, all class A misdemeanors. All of these offenses occurred in Lewis County.

Mr. Kramer's bond for the stealing/burglary charges is $50,000 cash/corporate surety and $5,000 cash/corporate surety for the tampering with a motor vehicle charges.
