The Lewis County Sheriff's Office is seeking the whereabouts of Franklin D Riley, Jr., age 40, of Hannibal, Missouri. He is wanted for DWI-Aggravated, a class D Felony and Operating Vehicle on Highway without a Valid License-3rd and Subsequent Offense, a class E Felony.
Mr. Riley also has an active warrant out of Marion County, Missouri for the following charges: Deliver Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid, a class C Felony; Possession of Controlled Substance, a class D Felony; Failure to Register Motor Vehicle, a class B Misdemeanor; DWI, a Class B Misdemeanor; Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st Offense, a class D Misdemeanor and Own/Operate Motor Vehicle without Maintaining Financial Responsibility-1st Offense, a class D Misdemeanor.
Mr. Riley also has an active warrant out of Ralls County for a Probation Violation on a convicted case for Possession of Controlled Substance, a class D Felony.
The State of Missouri also has a parole warrant for Mr. Riley
